基于磁性理念的个性化情景模拟教学应用效果

摘要 目的 探讨基于磁性理念的个性化情景模拟教学对神经内科护生学习积极性和核心能力的影响。方法 我院神经内科护理部于2020年8月起采用基于磁性理念的个性化情景模拟教学方式,将2019年2月~2020年7月接受传统教学的实习护生40名纳入传统组,将2020年8月~2022年1月接受基于磁性理念的个性化情景模拟教学的实习护生43名纳入研究组。所有护生均连续接受教学1个月。比较教学前后2组护生学习积极性(学习积极主动性量表)评分、核心能力(护士核心能力量表)评分,教学后2组护生教学满意度。结果 教学后2组护生学习积极性、核心能力评分较教学前均上升,且研究组高于传统组,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);教学后研究组教学满意度高于传统组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 基于磁性理念对神经内科护生采取个性化情景模拟教学能有效提高护生学习积极性、核心能力及教学满意度,有较高推广应用价值。 Objective To explore the effects of personalized scenario simulation teaching based on magnetic concept on the learning enthusiasm and core competence of nursing students in department of neurology.Methods Personalized scenario simulation teaching method based on magnetic concept was adopted in nursing department of neurology of the hospital in August 2020.Forty intern nursing students who received the traditional teaching between February 2019 and July 2020 were included in the traditional group,and another forty-three intern nursing students who underwent personalized scenario simulation teaching method based on magnetic concept from August 2020 to January 2022 were enrolled as the study group.All nursing students were continuously taught for 1 month.The scores of learning enthusiasm(learning initiative scale)and core competence(core competence scale of nurses)of nursing students before and after teaching and teaching satisfaction of nursing students after teaching were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of FBG,2 h-FBG,HbA1 c and HOMA-IR in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment,and the levels in combination group were significantly lower than those in single-drug group(P<0.05).The HOMA-β,ISI and ADPN were significantly increased in both groups compared to before treatment,and the above three indicators were significantly higher in combination group than those in single-drug group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in C-P level and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).COnclusion Based on magnetic concept,personalized scenario simulation teaching for nursing students in department of neurology can effectively improve the learning enthusiasm,core competence and teaching satisfaction of nursing students,and it has high promotion and application value.
