手术室整体护理配合在股骨粗隆骨折闭合复位PFNA内固定手术中的应用

Application of holistic nursing in operation room in closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation of femoral trochanteric fracture

目的 探究手术室整体护理配合在股骨粗隆骨折闭合复位PFNA内固定手术中的应用。方法 选取本院就诊的70例行股骨粗隆骨折闭合复位PFNA内固定手术患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分组,分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。比较两组临床指标、髋关节功能评分及并发症情况。结果 观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者Harris评分明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应2例,不良反应总发生率为5.71%,而对照组总不良反应8例,总不良反应发生率为22.86%。与对照组相比,观察组术后并发症发生率显着降低(P<0.05)。结论 股骨粗隆骨折闭合复位PFNA内固定手术应用手术室整体护理配合可缩短手术时间,减少术中失血量,有效改善髋关节功能以及降低术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Toexplore the application of holistic nursing cooperation in operation room in closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation of femoral trochanteric fracture.Methods Seventy patients with closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation for femoral trochanteric fractures in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Groups were divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35)according to random number table method.The clinical indicators,hip function score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Harris score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had 2 cases of adverse reactions,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was5.71%,while the control group had 8 cases of adverse reactions,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was 22.86%.Compared with the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).ConcIusion The application of operating room holistic nursing cooperation in closed reduction and PFNA internal fixation of femoral intertrochanteric fractures can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,effectively improve hip joint function and reduce postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical application.
