行动导向宣教结合奥瑞姆护理模式在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者中的应用效果

Application effect of action-oriented education combined with Orem nursing model in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B

目的 探讨行动导向宣教结合奥瑞姆护理模式在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年3月~2022年3月在本院进行治疗的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎200例,随机数字表法分组,即对照组、观察组,均100例。对照组常规护理干预,观察组行动导向宣教结合奥瑞姆护理模式。统计两组患者疾病态度评分、自我护理能力评分。结果观察组患者面对评分显著高于对照组,观察组回避评分、屈服评分均显著低于对照组,P<0.001。观察组健康知识、自我护理技巧、自护责任感及自我概念均显著高于对照组,P<0.001。结论 行动导向宣教结合奥瑞姆护理模式用于慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者,可有效改善患者对疾病态度,提高患者自我护理能力。

Objective To explore the application effect of action-oriented education combined with Orim nursing model in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods 200 cases of chronic viral hepatitis B treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in both.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received action-oriented education combined with Orim nursing mode.The disease attitude score and self-care ability score of the two groups were analyzed.Results The face score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the avoidance score and yield score of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.001.The health knowledge,self-care skills,self-care responsibility and selfconcept of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,P<0.001.Conclusion Action-oriented education combined with Orim nursing model can effectively improve patients’attitude towards disease and improve patients’selfcare ability.
