一种带抽头线圈的无刷直流电机无线驱动与控制方法 被引量:2

摘要 目前无线电能传输技术主要用于电池充电等阻性负载;然而,现实中有大量电机负载,此类负载运行中产生反电动势,负载特性较为复杂,为无线电能传输技术在电机负载中的应用带来困难。该文提出一种基于无线电能与信息同时传输技术的无刷直流(BLDC)电机无线驱动与控制方案,利用多频脉宽调制技术,使用一个逆变器同时输出两个频率,分别传输BLDC电机的功率和控制信号;提出一种抽头线圈结构,在一组线圈中实现两个频率的解耦传输,在一、二次侧对称且线圈总匝数不变的条件下,分析抽头位置变化对两个传输通道的自感和互感的影响,有效减小电能传输和信息传输的相互干扰。搭建实验平台,当速度控制信号从2.8V升至5V时,电机转速从1710r/min上升至3000r/min。实验表明该方法能够使电机平稳运行并实时控制电机转速。 At present,wireless power transfer(WPT)is mainly used for resistive loads such as battery charging.However,there are a large number of motor loads in industrial application.Back-EMF is generated during operation of such loads,and the load characteristics are more complicated,which makes it difficult for WPT to drive motor-type loads.This paper proposes a wireless drive and control scheme for brushless DC(BLDC)motors based on simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT),using an inverter with multi-frequency PWM technology to output two frequencies at the same time,and transmit the power and control signals to BLDC motor in two separate channels;a tapped coil structure is proposed to decouple the transfer of two frequencies in a set of coil.Under the condition that the primary and secondary sides are symmetrical and the total number of coil turns remains unchanged,the effect of the tap position on the self-inductance and mutual inductance in two transfer channels is analyzed,thereby effectively reducing the mutual interference between power transfer and information transfer.An experimental setup was built.As the speed control signal increased from 2.8V to 5V,the motor speed increased from 1710 r/min to 3000 r/min.The experiment showed that the proposed method can make the BLDC motor run smoothly and control the motor speed in real time.
