摘要
马克思站在无产阶级的立场上,以反贫困为命题,对人的发展状况进行理性审视与理想追求,创立了关怀人的发展的反贫困理论。马克思认为,反贫困与人的发展具有辩证统一关系:其一,反贫困有利于为人的发展奠定物质基础,有利于为人的发展创造良好制度环境、生存环境、精神文化环境,反贫困是实现人的发展的前提条件;其二,实现人的发展是反贫困的价值取向、目标追求与动力保障;其三,实践是反贫困与实现人的发展统一的基础,通过推翻资本主义制度、解放和发展生产力、变革生产关系、发展教育,在实践中实现反贫困和人的发展的统一。
Standing on the position of the proletariat,Marx took anti-poverty as the proposition,rationally examined and pursued the development of human beings,and established the anti-poverty theory of caring for the development of human beings.Marx believes that anti-poverty and human development have a dialectical and unified relationship:first,anti-poverty is conducive to human development to lay a material foundation,conducive to human development to create a good institutional environment,living environment,spiritual and cultural environment,anti-poverty is the prerequisite for human development;Secondly,the realization of human development is the value orientation,goal pursuit and motivation guarantee of anti-poverty;Third,practice is the basis for the unity of anti-poverty and human development.By overthrowing the capitalist system,liberating and developing the productive forces,reforming the relations of production and developing education,the unity of anti-poverty and human development can be realized in practice.
