随着我国新型城镇化的稳步推进,城镇化建设取得了历史性成就,现阶段城镇化发展重点逐渐由数量扩张向质量提升转变。在全面推进城市高质量发展的政策背景下,随着市场需求的持续升级和政府诉求提升,对城市综合开发商业模式也提出了更高的要求。通过研究城市综合开发项目的特点,分析制定城市综合开发商业模式的影响因素,探讨不同商业模式的适用性,并结合相关实践案例,总结几种常用商业模式的优缺点及适用条件,以期为城市综合开发商业模式应用提供参考。

With the steady progress of the new type of urbanization in China,the construction of urbanization has made historic achievements.At the present stage,the focus of urbanization has gradually changed from quantitative expansion to quality improvement.Under the policy background of comprehensively promoting urban high-quality development,with the continuous upgrading of market demand and the promotion of government demands,higher requirements have been put forward for the business model of urban comprehensive development.By studying the characteristics of urban comprehensive development projects,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the formulation of urban comprehensive development business models,discusses the applicability of different business models,and combines relevant practical cases,summarizes the advantages,disadvantages and applicable conditions of several common business models,in order to provide reference for the application of urban comprehensive development business model.
