论四川高速交警人格特征和心理健康之关系

The Relationship between Personality Characteristics and Mental Health of Sichuan Expressway Police

通过使用16PF人格问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90量表)对四川绵阳、广元和巴中高速交警的人格特征和心理健康情况进行测试调查,通过相关分析和回归分析探究高速交警人格因素和心理健康水平之间的关系。研究结果发现,稳定性人格因素对心理健康总体水平有正向预测作用,怀疑性、忧虑性和紧张性的人格因素对心理健康总体水平有负向预测作用。

By using the 16PF personality and SCL90 questionnaire,the personality characteristics and mental health of 290 high-speed policemen from Mianyang,Guangyuan and Bazhong,The relationship between personality factors and mental health level of high-speed policemen was explored through correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results show that stable personality factors have a positive predictive effect on the level of mental health,while the anxious and tense personality factors have a negative predictive effect on the overall level of mental health.
