湘鄂川黔根据地卫生防疫工作的历史回顾及现实启示

Historical Review and Practical Enlightenment of Health and Epidemic Prevention work in Hunan,Hubei,Sichuan and Guizhou Base Areas

20世纪30年代,红二方面军在湘鄂川黔边界成立了湘鄂川黔革命根据地,面对根据地因自然环境恶劣、经济贫困、军事斗争频繁、经济封锁、封建思想文化所造成的恶劣的卫生防疫条件,根据地为此建立了一套系统的医疗卫生体系、培养了一批优秀的红色医务工作者、开展了有效的医疗救护工作、发动当地群众收容看护重伤员,通过富有民族特色的体育锻炼,显著提高当地民众的身体素质,并形成颇具地域特色的卫生防疫经验,具有重大的时代价值。

In the 1930s,the second red front army established the revolutionary base area of Hunan,Hubei,Sichuan and Guizhou on the border of Hunan,Hubei,Sichuan and Guizhou.Facing the adverse health and epidemic prevention conditions caused by the poor natural environment,economic poverty,frequent military struggles,economic blockade and feudal ideology and culture,the base area established a systematic medical and health system,trained a number of excellent red medical workers.The local people were mobilized to take care of the seriously injured.Through the sports exercise with national characteristics,the physical quality of the military and people in the base area was significantly improved,and the experience of health and epidemic prevention with certain regional representatives was formed,which has great historical value.
