柴胡四物加味汤联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果

Clinical effect of Chaihu Siwu Jiawei decoction combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer

目的观察柴胡四物加味汤联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月益阳市第一中医医院收治的宫颈癌中晚期患者60例,采用随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组应用同步放化疗方案治疗,持续6周;观察组在对照组基础上联合柴胡四物加味汤治疗,至放化疗完成为止。比较2组近期疗效、治疗连续性,治疗前后生活质量评分变化及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为83.33%,高于对照组的50.00%(χ^(2)=7.500,P=0.006);观察组连续治疗率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);治疗后,2组生活质量评分均较治疗前上升,且观察组高于对照组(P均<0.01);观察组恶心呕吐、腹泻腹痛、白细胞计数减少发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡四物加味汤联合同步放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者使临床疗效与治疗连续性得到提升,同时一定程度上降低了不良反应发生风险,改善了患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chaihu Siwu Jiawei decoction combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced cervical cancer who were admitted to Yiyang First Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,30 cases in each.The control group was treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy for 6 weeks.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with Chaihu Siwu Jiawei decoction until the completion of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The short-term efficacy,treatment continuity,changes in quality of life scores before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 83.33%,which was higher than 50.00%in the control group(χ^(2)=7.500,P=0.006);The continuous treatment rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);After treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(all P<0.01);The incidences of nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,abdominal pain,and decrease in white blood cell count in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chaihu Siwu Jiawei decoction combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer improves the clinical efficacy and treatment continuity,reduces the risk of adverse reactions to a certain extent,and improves the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
