摘要
中小型医疗机构的人力和管理资源较为匮乏,亟需实现医疗设备管理的安全化、信息化和无纸化,以提高维修管理效率。该研究基于微信小程序、企业微信号、安卓平板电脑应用程序、云服务器和Windows桌面程序,设计了一款医疗设备维修多平台全流程管理系统,涵盖设备维修、计量和档案管理等功能,同时设计了临床科室现场维修的消毒维修工具车。在实际应用中发现,系统使用前35个工作日和使用后35个工作日的报修数无显著差异,系统使用后电话报修比例随工作日天数增加显著下降,表明临床科室对系统应用的适应性良好。总之,该系统结构简单,适用于中小型医疗机构,系统应用提高了设备报修管理效率,缩短了报修响应时间,提升了报修记录的透明度和准确率。
With the shortage of human resources and management resources in small and medium-sized medical institutions,it is urgent to realize the safety,informatization and paperless management of medical equipment to improve the efficiency of maintenance management.In this study,with WeChat applet,enterprise WeChat,Android tablet application,cloud server and Windows desktop program as the basis,a multi platform full process management system for medical equipment maintenance was designed,covering equipment maintenance,measurement,file management and other functions.Meanwhile,disinfection and maintenance tool car applied to field maintenance in clinical departments was designed.In practical application,it is found that there is no significant difference in the number of repair requests within 35 working days before and 35 working days after the use of the system.After the system is used,the proportion of phone calls for repair decreases significantly with the increase of working days.This showed that the clinical departments had good adaptability to the system application.In a word,with simple structure,the application of the system applicable to small and medium-sized medical institutions,promoted the efficiency of equipment repair management,shortened the response time,and improved the transparency and accuracy of repair records.
