摘要
目的:脑小血管病是脑内小动脉、小静脉等综合改变的结果,主要表现在认知功能的改变。脑小血管病起病隐匿,早期不宜发现,但其为血管源性认知障碍的首要因素,后期常进展为痴呆。方法:应用静息态功能磁共振进一步探讨脑小血管病认知障碍可能的损害机制。结果:静息态功能磁共振指依赖血氧水平信号的改变来反映神经元的自发活动,在脑功能活动改变方面的诊断具有独特的价值。结论:静息态功能磁共振的处理方法有很多,如独立成分分析、基于ROI的相关性分析、图论、低频振幅分析和局域一致性等,不同的研究方法具有各自的优缺点,得出的结论也略有差异。
Objective:Cerebral small vessel disease is the result of comprehensive changes in cerebral arterioles and venules,mainly manifested in the change of cognitive function.The onset of cerebral small vessel disease is hidden,which should not be detected in the early stage,but it is the primary factor of vascular cognitive impairment,and often progresses to dementia in the later stage.Methods:To explore the possible mechanism of cognitive impairment in Cerebral small vessel disease by using resting state f-MRI.Results:Resting state f-MRI refers to rely on the change of blood oxygen level signals to reflect the spontaneous activity of neurons,in the diagnosis of brain functional activity has its unique value.Conclusion:And there are many treatment methods of resting state f-MRI,such as independent component analysis,based on the relativity analysis of ROI,graph theory,the low frequency amplitude analysis and local consistency,etc.Different research methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,and the conclusions are also slightly different.
