摘要
IPD即集成产品开发模式,是一种强调满足客户需求为最终目的的先进产品创新管理模式。本文介绍了集成产品开发模式IPD的基本概念、核心思想和研发流程,通过分析基于IPD的家具产品设计创新的全过程,从需求探索、需求定义、产品定位、概念设计、产品开发等环节解析了IPD模式在家具产品研发中的应用,并得出基于IPD的家具产品研发模式能有效解决家具市场需求与产品匹配度不高以及家具产品研发效率低等问题。
IPD, i.e. integrated product development mode, is an advanced product innovation management mode that emphasizes the ultimate purpose of meeting customer needs. This paper introduces the basic concept, core idea and R & D process of integrated product development mode(IPD), and analyzes the application of IPD mode in furniture product R & D by analyzing the whole process of furniture product design innovation based on IPD, including "demand exploration", "demand definition", "product positioning", "conceptual design" and "product development", It is concluded that the IPD based furniture product R & D mode can effectively solve the problems of low matching degree between furniture market demand and products and low efficiency of furniture product R & D.
