开放大学档案信息化建设的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Archives Information Construction in the Open University

推进档案信息化建设是高校档案事业发展的必然趋势,也是开放大学利用先进技术手段服务事业发展需要和师生档案利用需求的重要举措。通过问卷调查、实地考察、座谈交流、电话咨询等多种方式采集信息,对开放大学档案信息化建设情况进行实证分析,总结归纳出开放大学档案信息化建设存在体制机制不够健全、基础建设不够到位、资源建设力度不够、服务利用仍需优化、安全保障有待完善等问题,提出创新体制机制、夯实建设基础、加大资源建设力度、优化服务利用、完善安全保障等对策和建议,以此加快推进开放大学档案信息化建设,更好发挥档案数字资源的作用。

Promoting the construction of archives information is an inevitable trend in the development of archives in colleges and universities,and it is also an important measure for the open university to use advanced technological means to serve the needs of career development and the utilization of teachers and students’archives.This study collects information through a variety of ways,such as the questionnaire,field investigation,symposium,telephone counseling and so on,conducts the empirical analysis on the archives informatization construction of the open university,and summarizes that the system and mechanism of the archives informatization construction of the open university is not perfect,the infrastructure construction is not in place,the resource construction is not enough,the service utilization still needs to be optimized,and the security guarantee needs to be improved.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as innovating system and mechanism,consolidating construction foundation,strengthening resource construction,optimizing service utilization and perfecting security guarantee,so as to speed up the information construction of the open university archives and better play the role of archival digital resources.
