米那普仑联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的效果及对患者社会功能的影响

Effect of minapuram combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence on social function

目的观察米那普仑联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的效果及对患者社会功能的影响。方法选取2020年5—11月广东省江门市第三人民医院收治的精神分裂症患者100例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患者仅接受奥氮平治疗,研究组实施米那普仑联合奥氮平治疗,2组均治疗12周。比较2组患者治疗前后的阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选(SDSS)评分,临床疗效及并发症。结果治疗12周后,2组患者的阴性症状、阳性症状及一般精神病理症状评分均较治疗前降低,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组患者的SDSS评分较治疗前降低,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组患者的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025)。治疗过程中,研究组患者的并发症总发生率为6.00%,低于对照组的22.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.316,P=0.021)。结论米那普仑联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的效果较好,可明显减轻患者阳性和阴性综合症状,改善社会功能缺陷,并发症少。

Objective To observe the effect of minapuram combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence on social function.Methods A total of 100 schizophrenic patients admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Jiangmen,Guangdong Province from May to November in 2020 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.Control group only received olanzapine treatment,study group received minapuram combined with olanzapine treatment,both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS),social disability screening score(SDSS),clinical efficacy and complications were compared between 2 groups before and after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of negative symptoms,positive symptoms and general psychopathological symptoms in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores of study group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The SDSS scores of 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.005,P=0.025).During the treatment,the total incidence of complications in the study group was 6.00%,lower than 22.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.316,P=0.021).Conclusion The effect of minapuram combined with olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia is better,which can significantly reduce the patients′positive and negative comprehensive symptoms,improve social function defects and fewer complications.
