全自动免疫组织化学染色技术的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Automatic Immunohistochemical Staining Technique

目的 探讨对常见肿瘤患者采用全自动免疫组织化学染色技术进行诊断后获得的临床效果。方法 将我院2017年12月至2020年2月收治的100例常见肿瘤患者作为试验对象;对患者展开包埋切片操作,完成后对应进行检测方法的划分,分别采用手工操作以及全自动免疫组化机合理展开免疫组化染色操作,最终就染色结果采用显微镜进行观察。结果 全自动免疫组化机染色者,阳性细胞检出率(98.00%,98/100)显著高于手工操作染色者(48.00%,48/100),两种方法之间呈现出显著差异性(P <0.05)。玻片标本镜下对比显示,与手工染色的组织标本相比,全自动免疫组化机染色的组织标本透光性较好,染色剂的组织穿透性强,染色信号放大,阳性细胞的表达清晰、染色程度较深,背景和非特异性染色浅有效提高了鉴别诊断的敏感性;显微镜下评估染色效果显示,全自动免疫组化机染色评分为(9.45±0.32)分,明显高于手工操作染色者评分[(7.35±0.32)分],差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 同手工操作染色进行比较,全自动免疫组织化学染色技术能够获得显著效果,较易做到染色标准化,可以充分避免出现出人工完成取点,对于整个过程均可以做到自动完成,可使得人为影响因素显著减少,对于质量标准化可以轻易达到,可凸显全自动免疫组织化学染色技术的应用优势。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of automatic immunohistochemical staining in the diagnosis of common tumors.Methods 100 patients with common tumors admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to February 2020 were taken as experimental subjects.The embedding section operation was carried out for the patients clinically,and the corresponding detection methods were divided after the completion.The immunohistochemical staining operation was carried out by manual operation and the immunohistochemical staining operation was carried out by automatic immunohistochemical machine,and the staining results were observed by microscope.Results The positive cell detection rate(98.00%,98/100) of the automatic immunohistochemical machine stainer was significantly higher than that of manual operation stainer(48.00%,48/100),and there was a significant difference between the two methods(P<0.05).Microscopic comparison of slide specimens showed that compared with hand-stained tissue specimens,tissue specimens stained by automatic immunohistochemical machine had better light transmittance,strong tissue penetration of stains,amplification of staining signals,clear expression of positive cells,deeper staining degree,and shallow background and non-specific staining effectively improved the sensitivity of differential diagnosis.Microscopic evaluation of staining effect showed that the staining score of the automatic immunohistochemical machine was(9.45±0.32) points,which was significantly higher than that of manual operation stainers [(7.35±0.32) points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing with manual dyeing,automatic immunohistochemical staining techniques can obtain significant effect,for dyeing standardization is easy to do,for manual staining showed complete take can fully avoid artificial,for the whole process can be done automatically,can make get significantly reduce manmade influence,and for quality standardization can easily achieve,can highlight automatic immunohistochemical staining technology advantage.
