针对性护理在肿瘤患者介入术后留置导管行持续性动脉灌注化疗中的应用研究

Application of Targeted Nursing in Continuous Arterial Perfusion Chemotherapy with Indwelling Catheter after Interventional Surgery for Cancer Patients

目的分析针对性护理在肿瘤患者介入术后留置导管行持续性动脉灌注化疗中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2021年12月在我院经股动脉插管行介入治疗手术后留置动脉导管行持续性动脉灌注化疗的肿瘤患者61例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组30例为常规护理,观察组31例为针对性护理,对比两组护理效果。结果两组患者护理前认知功能、身体功能、社会功能、情绪功能评分无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组护理后认知功能、身体功能、社会功能、情绪功能评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);两组护理前SAS评分和SDS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组护理后SAS评分和SDS评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组总依从率明显比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组总满意度明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤患者介入术后留置导管行持续性动脉灌注化疗中应用针对性护理,不仅能改善患者心理负面情绪,还能提高患者治疗依从性,且并发症更少,有助于提高患者治疗效果,患者对护理服务更加满意,可以避免不必要的护患纠纷。

Objective To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing in continuous arterial perfusion chemotherapy with indwelling catheter after tumor intervention.Methods From January 2021 to December 2021 in our hospital during the period of line via femoral artery intubation intervention after the operation,indwelling catheter line continuous artery perfusion chemotherapy of tumor,61 cases of patients,according to random number table method,it can be divided into two groups,control group 30 cases as the routine nursing care,observation group of 31 cases of targeted nursing,nursing effect compared to two groups.Results The scores of cognitive function,physical function,social function and emotional function of the two groups were similar before nursing(P>0.05),and the scores of cognitive function,physical function,social function and emotional function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after nursing(P0.05),and the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with tumor after interventional indwelling catheter line continuous arterial infusion chemotherapy in the application of targeted nursing,not only can improve patients psychological negative emotions,improve patient compliance,and less complications,helps to improve the effect of patients,patients to nursing service more satisfied,can avoid unnecessary disputes.
