基于多元化护理需求指导的细节护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤手术中的应用价值

The Application Value of Detailed Nursing Based on Diversified Nursing Needs Guidance in Laparoscopic Uterine Fibroid Surgery

目的 探讨基于多元化护理需求指导的细节护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤手术中的应用价值。方法 选取我院2021年6月1日至2022年6月1日就诊的子宫肌瘤患者98例,均接受腹腔镜手术。根据入院时间分为研究组(n=49)和常规组(n=49)。常规组采用常规护理干预,研究组在常规组基础上给予基于多元化护理需求指导的细节护理,比较两组心理状、生理应激、康复指标、术后疼痛及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组入麻醉室时、干预后SAS、SDS评分较常规组低(P <0.05);入麻醉室时研究组心率、平均动脉压、呼吸频率低于常规组(P <0.05);研究组排气、下床活动、出院时间短于常规组(P <0.05);研究组干预后VAS评分较常规组低(P <0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论 基于多元化护理需求指导的细节护理应用于腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤手术患者可缓解患者围手术期负性情绪,减轻患者生理应激及术后疼痛,还可降低并发症发生风险,促进病情康复。

Objective To explore the effects of detailed nursing based on diversified nursing needs guidance in patients with laparoscopic uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 98 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 1,2021 to June 1,2022 were selected.According to the admission time,the patients were divided into study group(n=49) and conventional group(n=49).The routine group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received detailed nursing based on diversified nursing needs guidance on the basis of the routine group.The psychological symptoms,physiological stress,rehabilitation indicators,postoperative pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group when entering the anesthesia room and after intervention(P<0.05).The heart rate,mean arterial pressure and respiratory rate in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The exhaust,ambulation and discharge time in the study group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group after intervention(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Detailed nursing based on diversified nursing needs guidance applied to patients undergoing laparoscopic uterine fibroid surgery can relieve patients’ perioperative negative emotions,reduce the physiological stress and postoperative pain of patients,reduce the risk of complications,and promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
