剖宫产产妇实施全方位护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Puerperae Undergoing Cesarean Section

目的 对剖宫产产妇实施全方位护理,针对应用后的实际效果做出统计分析。方法 选取2018年1月至2020年12月本科接诊的剖宫产产妇60例,随机均分为两组。观察组采取全方位护理,对照组行常规护理。对比两组的护理效果。结果 观察组VAS评分为(2.49±0.36)分,低于对照组的(3.95±0.41)分,差异显著(P <0.05)。干预后观察组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。观察组产妇产后24 h出血量低于对照组,手术时间、住院时间、第一产程、第二产程、总产程均短于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05),而两组第三产程比较差异无显著性(P> 0.05)。观察组在健康知识掌握程度、新生儿护理能力、个人护理能力方面的评分均高于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论 剖宫产产妇采用全方位护理,负性心理缓解更为迅速,疼痛感明显减轻,产妇的产程有所缩短,在健康知识的普及和产妇对新生儿的护理能力、自我护理能力方面均有较大的转变。

Objective The experiment will implement comprehensive nursing for cesarean section women,and make statistical analysis on the actual effect after application.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020,60 cesarean section women admitted by undergraduates were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group received comprehensive nursing care,and the control group received routine nursing care.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The VAS score of the observation group was(2.49±0.36) points,while that of the control group was(3.95±0.41) points,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scales of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The postpartum hemorrhage after 24 hour in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the operation time,hospitalization time,the first stages of labour,second stages of labour and total stages of labour were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Regarding the mastery of health knowledge,neonatal nursing ability,and personal nursing ability,the awareness rate of puerperae in the observation group were higher than those in the contral(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing for cesarean section women can relieve negative psychology more quickly,reduce pain,and shorten the labor process of puerperae.In terms of the popularization of health knowledge,and the ability of puerpera to care for the newborn,self-care ability on the other hand,there have been great changes.
