剖宫产护理中人性化全面护理的作用分析

Analysis of the Role of Humanized Comprehensive Nursing Cesarean Section Nursing

目的 探讨剖宫产护理中人性化全面护理的作用。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年6月剖宫产产妇70例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组35例与研究组35例。对照组产妇行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予人性化全面护理。比较两组产妇护理前后焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分、剖宫产手术全程时间、产妇配合度、并发症发生率和护理满意度等情况。结果研究组焦虑自评量表评分和抑郁自评量表评分以及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,P <0.05。研究组的护理满意度比对照组高(P <0.05)。研究组的产妇配合度比对照组高(100.00%vs.80.00%)(P <0.05)。研究组产妇的剖宫产手术全程时间均短于对照组,P <0.05。结论 剖宫产产妇实施人性化全面护理效果确切,值得推广。

Objective To explore the role of humanized comprehensive nursing in cesarean section nursing.Methods A total of 70 women with cesarean section from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group of 35 cases and the study group of 35 cases by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received humanized comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale,the whole time of cesarean section operation,the degree of cooperation of puerperae,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The scores of anxiety self-rating scale,depression self-rating scale and the incidence of complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The maternal cooperation degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group(100.00% vs.80.00%)(P<0.05).The whole time of cesarean section operation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of humanized comprehensive nursing for cesarean section women is definite and worthy of promotion.
