健康教育在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用及体会

Application and Experience of Health Education in Nursing of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的 研究健康教育在妊娠糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2019年9月至2022年9月到本院治疗妊娠糖尿病患者140例,按照护理方式的不同随机分为试验组(70例,对照组护理基础上辅以全面健康教育)和对照组(70例,常规护理+常规健康教育),分析护理价值。结果 试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05);护理后,试验组自我护理能力各项评分及总分、健康知识各项评分、生活质量各项评分及总分均高于对照组,血糖指标均低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论 全面性健康教育引入其中给予妊娠糖尿病患者护理,可改善患者血糖指标,提升相关评分,值得运用。

Objective To study the effect of health education in gestational diabetes mellitus nursing.Methods A total of 140 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(70 cases,comprehensive health education was supplemented by nursing in the control group) and control group(70 cases,usual care + routine health education) according to different nursing methods,and the nursing value was analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-concept score and total score,health knowledge score,quality of life score and total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the blood glucose index was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The introduction of comprehensive sexual health education in the nursing of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can improve the blood glucose index of patients and improve the related score,which is worthy of application.
