知柏地黄丸结合针刺治疗阴虚火旺型PCOS疗效及对患者卵巢超声形态学、性激素的影响研究

Study on the effect of Zhibai Dihuang Pill combined with acupuncture on PCOS of Yin defi ciency and fire flourishing type and its infl uence on ovary ultrasonic morphology and sex hormone

目的探讨知柏地黄丸结合针刺治疗阴虚火旺型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)疗效及对患者卵巢超声形态学、性激素的影响。方法选取40例阴虚火旺型多囊卵巢综合征患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组20例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组给予知柏地黄丸结合针刺治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后性激素水平及卵巢超声形态参数。结果研究组总有效率95.00%高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、LH/FSH及睾酮(T)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前对比,治疗后两组LH、T、LH/FSH水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,而FSH水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组卵巢体积、卵巢总面积(TA)、卵巢髓质面积(SA)及SA/TA值大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对阴虚火旺型多囊卵巢综合征患者进行知柏地黄丸结合针刺治疗可有效提高临床疗效,改善其性激素水平及卵巢超声形态参数,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhibai Dihuang Pill combined with acupuncture on PCOS with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing type and to study the effect of ultrasound morphology and sex hormone on ovary of patients.Methods 40 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang pill combined with acupuncture.The clinical effi cacy,sex hormone levels before and after treatment and ovarian ultrasound morphological parameters were compared between the two groups.Results The total eff ective rate of the study group was 95.00%higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),LH/FSH and testosterone(T)between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of LH,T and LH/FSH in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the level of FSH in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while the level of FSH was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The ovarian volume,total ovarian area(TA),ovarian medulla area(SA)and SA/TA value in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhibai Dihuang Pill combined with acupuncture can eff ectively improve the clinical effect of polycystic ovary syndrome,improve the level of sex hormone and ultrasonic morphological parameters of ovary,has clinical application value.
