摘要
目的分析卵巢肿瘤术中冰冻切片的病理诊断及临床价值。方法抽取282例行手术治疗的卵巢肿瘤患者,均接受术中冰冻切片病理诊断及术后石蜡切片病理诊断,分析两种诊断结果及卵巢肿瘤良性、恶性的检查结果。结果术中冰冻切片病理诊断与石蜡切片病理诊断结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。从卵巢上皮-间质肿瘤良性、交界性、恶性的检查结果分析,术中冰冻切片病理诊断与石蜡切片病理诊断结果的符合率较高,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。卵巢生殖细胞肿瘤主要诊断为成熟性畸胎瘤、未成熟性畸胎瘤、无性细胞瘤,术中冰冻切片病理诊断结果与石蜡切片病理诊断结果的符合率均较高,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术中冰冻切片病理诊断在卵巢肿瘤中具有较高的应用价值,可有效判定肿瘤病理性质,准确性高,为临床治疗提供可靠参考。
Objective To analyze the pathological diagnosis and clinical value of frozen section in ovarian tumor.Methods 282 patients with ovarian tumor undergoing surgical treatment were selected to receive pathological diagnosis of intraoperative frozen section and postoperative paraffin section.The two diagnostic results and the benign and malignant examination results of ovarian tumor were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in pathological diagnosis between frozen section and paraffin section(P>0.05).According to the examination results of benign,borderline and malignant ovarian epithelial-stromal tumors,the coincidence rate of pathological diagnosis between frozen section and paraffin section was high,and the diff erence was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).The main diagnoses of ovarian germ cell tumor were mature teratoma,immature teratoma and asexual cell tumor.The coincidence rate between the pathological diagnosis results of frozen section and paraffin section was high,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The pathological diagnosis of intraoperative frozen section has high application value in ovarian tumors,which can effectively determine the pathological nature of tumors with high accuracy,and provide a reliable reference for clinical treatment.
