阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Vaginal Secretion on Urine Routine Clinical Test Results

目的分析阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检验结果的影响。方法选取80例行尿常规检验者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组选择常规尿液采集,研究组选择专业尿液采集。比较两组检验结果。结果研究组中段尿标本中检出2.50%红细胞、10.00%白细胞、0%上皮细胞与0%蛋白质;对照组中段尿标本中检出17.50%红细胞、32.50%白细胞、15.00%上皮细胞与10.00%蛋白质。研究组尿常规检验中红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞与蛋白质检出率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对受检者进行尿常规检验其结果受阴道分泌物的影响可能出现一定误差,在尿液标本采集方法上需要进行优化,以呋喃西林(0.02%)对会阴部进行清洗后采集中段尿液可有效避免检验结果误差情况,从而更准确的诊断相关妇科疾病。

Objective To analyze the effect of vaginal secretions on the results of routine urine clinical test.Methods 80 subjects were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group selected routine urine collection,and the study group selected professional urine collection.The test results of the two groups were compared.Results 2.50% red blood cells,10.00%white blood cells,0% epithelial cells and 0% protein were detected in the middle urine samples of the study group.In the control group,17.50%red blood cells,32.50%white blood cells,15.00% epithelial cells and 10.00%protein were detected.The detection rates of red blood cells,white blood cells,epithelial cells and protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical routine urine test was carried out on the client the result aff ected by vaginal discharge may occur some errors,need to be optimized in the urine specimen collection method,with nitrofurazone(0.02%)of perineum clean collection middle urine can eff ectively avoid the inspection results after error situation,thus more accurate diagnosis of disease of department of gynaecology.
