围手术期护理对老年性子宫脱垂患者术后康复的影响研究

Effect of perioperative nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with uterine prolapse

目的探讨围手术期护理对老年性子宫脱垂患者术后康复的影响,为患者后续护理工作开展提供一定的指导。方法选取111例老年性子宫脱垂患者,患者均接受经阴道子宫全切除术+阴道前后壁修补术治疗。应用随机抛球法将患者分为对照组(55例)与观察组(56例)。对照组患者应用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上应用围手术期护理。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、手术各项指标及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组SAS评分、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者手术时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度92.9%高于对照组的78.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理能够提升老年性子宫脱垂患者术后康复的速度,改善患者不良心理状态,提高患者护理满意度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with uterine prolapse,so as to provide certain guidance for follow-up nursing work of patients.Methods 111 elderly patients with uterine prolapse were selected.All patients were treated with transvaginal total hysterectomy and anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=56).Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received perioperative nursing on the basis of the control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating Depression scale(SDS),surgical indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were signifi cantly shorter than those of the control group,and the operation blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 92.9% higher than 78.2% in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing can improve the speed of postoperative rehabilitation of patients with senile uterine prolapse,improve patients'bad psychological state,improve patients'nursing satisfaction,and has clinical promotion value.
