腕踝针联合穴位按摩在妊娠剧吐孕妇护理中的干预效果

Intervention eff ect of carpal and ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint massage in pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum

目的观察腕踝针联合穴位按摩在妊娠剧吐孕妇护理中的干预效果。方法选取180例妊娠剧吐孕妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组90例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用腕踝针联合穴位按摩干预,比较两组干预效果。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总有效率96.67%高于对照组的88.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组中医证候积分低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呕吐0级率高于对照组,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠剧吐疾病中使用腕踝针联合穴位按摩干预,有助于缓解孕妇的不良心理情绪,改善临床症状,明显减轻呕吐程度。

Objective To observe the intervention effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint massage in the nursing of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods 180 pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the observation group was treated with wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint massage.The intervention eff ects of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there was no signifi cant diff erence in the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS score and SDS score of both groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was signifi cantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%higher than that of the control group(88.89%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than before nursing,and the observation group was signifi cantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The rate of grade 0 vomiting in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the rates of gradeⅠand gradeⅡwere lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with acupoint massage in hyperemesis gravidarum is helpful to relieve the bad psychological mood of pregnant women,improve clinical symptoms and reduce the degree of vomiting.
