双轨延续性健康宣教在子宫肌瘤患者术后康复指导中的应用效果

Application effect of dual-track continuous health education in postoperative rehabilitation guidance for patients with uterine fibroids

目的探讨双轨延续性健康宣教在子宫肌瘤患者术后康复指导中的应用效果。方法选取78例子宫肌瘤患者,采用简单随机分组法分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组患者给予常规术后康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用双轨延续性健康宣教。护理前后采用子宫肌瘤术后健康知识认知度量表、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评估患者对健康知识认知的认知度和自护能力,护理后采用遵医行为量表评估患者遵医行为。结果护理前,两组患者健康知识量表护理技巧、并发症管理、健康行为、预后转归各项评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者健康知识量表护理技巧、并发症管理、健康行为、预后转归各项评分均高于护理前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者饮食控制、作息规律、戒烟戒酒、治疗态度各项遵医行为评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者ESCA各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者ESCA的自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平、自护技能4个维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫肌瘤患者术后康复指导中应用双轨延续性健康宣教,可改善患者健康知识认知水平,提高其遵医行为和自我护理能力,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of dual-track continuous health education in postoperative rehabilitation guidance for patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 78 patients with uterine fibroids were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 cases.The patients in the control group were given routine postoperative rehabilitation care,and the patients in the observation group were given dual-track continuous health education on the basis of the control group.Before and after nursing,the Health Knowledge Cognition Scale and the Exercise of Aelf-care Agency Scale(ESCA)were used to evaluate the patients'cognition of health knowledge and self-care ability.After nursing,the Medical Compliance Behavior Scale was used to evaluate the patients medical compliance.Results Before nursing,there was no signifi cant diff erence in the scores of nursing skills,complication management,health behavior,and prognosis of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of sub-health knowledge scale nursing skills,complication management,healthy behavior,and prognosis of the two groups of patients were all higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group's scores of dietary control,work and rest rules,smoking cessation and alcohol cessation,and treatment attitude were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in ESCA dimension scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of self-care responsibility,self-concept,health knowledge level,and self-care skills of ESCA in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dualtrack continuous health education in postoperative rehabilitation guidance for patients with uterine fibroids can improve patients'health knowledge and cognition,improve their medical compliance behavior and self-care ability,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
