某高线旋转拨钢装置的设计及应用 被引量:1

Design and application of rotating steel pulling device in a high speed wire mill

摘要 直接轧制工艺将从连铸机送来的钢坯不经过加热或者补热工序直接轧制成最终产品,是一种节能环保新工艺。由于受限于钢厂车间的布置,连铸机与轧制线不在同一条中心线上时,需要设计一套机构实现钢坯的转向,使之能够顺利进入轧制线。针对某高线产线,开发了一种旋转拨钢装置,可实现钢坯的快速转向。其结构简单、维护方便,在其下游配合带保温罩的输送辊道,降低了钢坯温度的损耗,有利于实现钢坯的直接轧制,从而达到节能环保的目的。介绍了该旋转拨钢装置的技术参数、结构特点、工作原理、设计选型及液压原理,同时针对使用中存在的问题,分析了原因并提出了改进措施。当前设备运行状态稳定,维护工作量小,满足了高产量快节奏的生产方式要求。 Direct rolling process is a new energy-saving and environment-friendly process,which directly roll the billet sent from the continuous caster into the final product without heating or reheating process.Due to the layout of the steel plant workshop,when the continuous caster and the rolling line are not on the same center line,it is necessary to design a set of mechanisms to realize the turning of the billet,so that it can enter the rolling line smoothly.For a high-speed wire production line,a rotating steel pulling device is developed,which can realize the rapid turning of billet.It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance.The conveying roller table with an insulating cover is matched at the downstream of the rotating steel pulling device,which reduces the loss of billet temperature and is conducive to the direct rolling of billet,so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and environmental protection.The technical parameters,structural characteristics,working principle,design and selection,and hydraulic principle of the rotating steel pulling device were indtroduced,and the reasons for the problems existing in use was analyed,and improvement measures were put forwavd.At present,the equipment operates in a stable state with small maintenance workload,which meets the requirements of high-yield and fast-paced production mode.
