“双减”背景下学校育人方式的变革逻辑与构建策略——基于他者性视角 被引量:10

摘要 “双减”政策的颁布与推进预示着以人民为中心发展教育新时代的到来,其深层逻辑就在于尊重学生他者性,超越教育同一性,成就每一位学生。他者性教育作为一种教育理念,具有深刻的教育意蕴,有助于促进学校育人方式的深刻变革。“双减”政策下育人方式变革面临强化学校教育主阵地作用能否与“为他者”教育相融合、保障学生休息权和自主权能否实现他者的责任与自由、学生减负能否切实践行为学而教、课后服务体系能否真正观照学生差异性等新的挑战。在“他者性”视角下,教育应回归育人本质、尊重学生差异、重申育人初心、修复教育生态、促进教育公平。为此,学校育人方式变革应落实为学而教、还学于生,关注师生、生生“相遇”,实现具身、移情育人,激发非同一性、非对称性教育,形成为学生启明、为他者敞开的教育新生态。 The publication and implementation of the“double reduction”policy shows the arrival of the new“people-centered”era of education.The deep logic of the policy aims to respect students’identity,surpass educational otherness and give everyone a chance to fullfill themselves.As a educational principle,otherness education has deep educational connotation and it will advance deep revolution of education at way of basic education.In the context of the“double reduction”policy,the revolution of education ways face new challenges which stress whether the main field of education can be combined with the education for others and students’rest and autonomy can realize the responsibility and freedom of others.What’s more,whether burden reduction can contribute to teaching and afterclass service system can catch sight of the otherness of students.Under the angle of“otherness”,education is the“encounter”between teachers and students,students and students,and then leads to the education of“others”and“only others”.In the end,it will contribute to all-round and individual development of students and create a new education ecology that is open to others.
