摘要
针对8.8 m超大采高工作面在超大采出空间下矿压显现强烈、围岩控制难度大的问题,以上湾煤矿12401工作面为工程背景,基于现场实测手段对8.8 m超大采高开采矿压显现规律和围岩控制技术进行了全面研究。研究得出:8.8 m超大采高工作面矿压显现具有来压步距短、持续时间长、动载矿压强烈等特征,但工作面超前支承压力影响不显著。采用三维激光扫描手段对超大采高工作面煤壁片帮特征进行了分区域、全方位、高精度探测,并根据工作面支架立柱压力和护帮力对煤壁片帮的影响关系,确定了超大采高工作面煤壁片帮预警指标和阈值。在矿压规律研究的基础上,探索出了一套超大采高工作面顶板灾害综合预警与防治技术,保障了8.8 m超大采高工作面的安全回采。
Aiming at the problems of strong mine pressure behavior and great difficulty in surrounding rock control in 8.8 m super mining height face under super large mining space,taking the 12401 working face of Shangwan coal mine as the engineering background,the mine pressure behavior law and surrounding rock control technology of 8.8 m super mining height face are comprehensively studied based on field measurement.The research results show that the mine pressure appearance of the 8.8 m super mining height face has the characteristics of short pressure step,long pressure duration,and strong dynamic load,but the influence of the leading stress of the working face is not significant.Three-dimensional laser scanning method is used to detect the characteristics of coal wall caving in super mining height face in a regional,omni-directional and high-precision manner.And according to the influence of support column pressure and side protection force on coal wall caving in super mining height face,the early warning index and threshold of coal wall caving in super mining height face are determined.Based on the study of ground pressure law,a set of comprehensive early warning and prevention technology of roof disaster in super mining height face is explored to ensure the safe mining of 8.8 m super mining height face.
