摘要
带式输送机驱动头架由型钢以及槽钢等焊接而成,是带式输送机的关键部件,设计中采用有限元分析可以节省人力物力。对驱动头架在正常工作状态下的受力进行分析,确定有限元分析的基本流程,阐述ANSYS中的操作步骤。模态仿真结果显示,2种驱动头架的低阶模态频率较高,不易与输送机发生共振。静力学分析结果显示在正常工作状态下2种驱动头架的应力都在屈服极限内,应变较小,可满足使用需求。
The drive head frame of the belt conveyor is welded by section steel and channel steel.It is a key component of the belt conveyor.The finite element analysis in the design can save manpower and material resources.The force of the drive headstock under normal working conditions is analyzed,the basic flow of finite element analysis is determined,and the operating steps in ANSYS is explained.The modal simulation results show that the low-order modal frequencies of the two drive headstocks are higher,and they are not easy to resonate with the conveyor.The static analysis results show that,under normal working conditions,the stress of the two drive headframes is within the yield limit,and the strain is small,which can meet the needs of use.
