摘要 针对传统煤矿液压支架姿态监测系统数据采集的实时性不强的问题,通过剖析监测从站和控制主站的存在缺陷,设计了一种新型液压支架姿态监测系统。该系统以Cortex_M4微处理器为控制主站和采集从站的核心控制单元,运行FreeRTOS实时操作系统,移植了FreeModbus通讯协议栈,底层采集数据加盖时间戳,顶层采集软件通过Oracle数据库在上位机进行数据的存储和访问。试验结果表明,新型液压支架姿态监测系统降低了硬件复杂度,各监测点的采集时间可以朔源,压力数据的实时性显著提高,主站与从站之间的通信稳定可靠,无数据阻塞现象,顶层软件运行流畅,功能正常。 Aiming at the problem that the real-time data acquisition of traditional coal mine hydraulic support attitude monitoring system is not strong,a new type of hydraulic support attitude monitoring system is designed by analyzing the defects of monitoring slave station and control master station.The system uses Cortex_M4 microprocessor as the core control unit of the master station and the acquisition slave station,runs FreeRTOS real-time operating system,and transplants FreeModbus communication protocol stack.The underlying acquisition data is added to the timestamp,and the top-level acquisition software is stored and accessed in the upper computer through the Oracle database.The test results show that the new hydraulic support attitude monitoring system reduces the hardware complexity,and the acquisition time of each monitoring point can be re-sourced.The real-time performance of pressure data is significantly improved.The communication between the master station and the slave station is stable and reliable,and there is no data blocking phenomenon.The top-level software runs smoothly and has normal function.
