摘要
针对屯宝煤矿引进EBZ-260型综掘机用于岩巷掘进后,受运输系统限制轨道石门掘进排矸采用综掘机配合矿车、轨道运输,掘进效率低问题,设计加工了一种综掘机二运支撑小车,使综掘机与矿车搭接并实现了综掘机截割与矿车排矸平行作业,又通过优化轨道运输系,缩短矿车倒运时间,实践表明该方式有效缩短了岩巷综掘一循环时间,提高了掘进效率,具有一定的推广价值。
In view of the problems of low tunneling efficiency caused by the application of EBZ-260full-mechanized tunnelling machine in Tunbao coal mine to rock roadway tunneling,the use of full-mechanized tunnelling machine for refuse removal in track tramcars and rail transportation is restricted by the transportation system,a kind of supporting trolley for the second transportation of fully-mechanized excavators was designed and manufactured,which made the fully-mechanized excavators and the mine cars lap together and realized the parallel operation of the cutting of fully-mechanized excavators and the discharge of refuse from the mine cars,the practice shows that this method can effectively shorten the cycle time of full-mechanized driving in rock roadway,improve the driving efficiency,and has certain popularization value.
