摘要
红沙梁煤矿煤质为变质程度低,高水高灰低发热量的褐煤和长焰煤,开采的原煤产品发热量低于12558 kJ/kg,不能满足用户的需求,通过对原煤干法选煤工艺试验,对不同粒径的原煤采用智能干选及风选工艺,得到的产品发热量提高1674 kJ/kg以上,产率为81.64%,降灰提质效果显著,不仅为红沙梁选煤厂设计提供依据,也为选煤行业发展应用提供新的思路。
Hongshaliang coal mine is a lignite and long flame coal with low metamorphic degree,high water content,high ash content and low calorific value.The calorific value of raw coal products mined is less than 12558 kJ/kg,which can not meet the needs of users,by using intelligent dry separation and air separation technology for raw coal with different particle sizes,the heat output of the product is more than 1674 kJ/kg,the yield is 81.64%,the effect of reducing ash and improving quality is remarkable,which not only provides a basis for the design of Hongshaliang coal preparation plant,it also provides a new idea for the development and application of coal preparation industry.
