当前公路工程项目管理过程中包含较多变动因素,导致公路工程项目成本增加,为此构建成本管控体系。分析公路工程项目管理存在的问题,从公路工程的属性特征、项目内部因素及项目外部因素三方面分析公路工程施工成本的影响因素,并提出公路项目成本管理原则,从施工成本的事前、事中、事后管理三部分实现公路工程项目管理及成本管控,达到降低工程造价、增加利润的目的。

The current highway engineering project management process contains many variable factors,which lead to an increase in the cost of highway engineering projects,and a cost control system is built for this purpose in this paper.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of highway engineering projects and the influencing factors of highway engineering construction costs from three aspects of highway engineering attributes,project internal factors and project external factors,and puts forward the principles of highway project cost management.The three parts of cost management and post-construction cost management realize highway engineering project management and cost control,so as to reduce project cost and increase profits.
