摘要
为研究纤维对排水沥青混合料的影响,测定了所用纤维的主要性能,制备了不同掺配方案的PAC-13排水沥青混合料,分别利用车辙试验、低温抗裂试验、冻融劈裂试验及小梁弯曲试验评价了PAC-13排水沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温开裂性能、水稳定性及疲劳性能。结果表明:玄武岩纤维和聚酯纤维均对沥青混合料的高温性能、低温抗裂、水稳定性及疲劳性能有增强作用;目前掺配方案下,玄武岩纤维具有更好的改善效果;排水沥青混合料的疲劳寿命随着控制应变水平的增加而减小;相同掺量的纤维所带来的影响、增强的微观机理均有待进一步研究。
In order to study the influence of fibers on drainage asphalt mixture,the main properties of fibers used were measured,and PAC-13 drainage asphalt mixture with different blending schemes was prepared.The high-temperature stability,low-temperature cracking performance,water stability and fatigue performance of PAC-13 drainage asphalt mixture were evaluated with rutting test,low-temperature cracking test,freeze-thaw splitting test and beam bending test respectively.The results show that both basalt fiber and polyester fiber can enhance the high temperature performance,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and fatigue performance of asphalt mixture.The basalt fiber has better improvement effect under the current mixing scheme.The fatigue life of drained asphalt mixture decreases with the increase of control strain level.The influence of the same amount of fiber and the micro mechanism of reinforcement need to be further studied.
