基于运行数据的燃气轮机性能评估方法

摘要 主要研究如何在燃气轮机燃料量及组分信息缺失或不准确的情况下评估燃气轮机现场运行性能。首先回顾并深入分析了应用ISO2314进行性能试验数据分析的过程,评估了燃气轮机性能参数的分析方法,该方法依赖准确的燃料量和组分测量值。针对机组长期运行过程中燃料量测量值随涡轮流量计漂移而准确性大幅降低的问题,对ISO2314中的数据分析方法进行改进,放弃应用燃料量测量值,引入透平通流能力变化规律来进行数据分析。提出一种基于运行参数和透平通流能力退化规律来实时计算整机效率、流量及等效透平前温的方法。该方法计算出的燃料量准确性高于机组运行过程中未及时校准的涡轮流量计所得测量值,进而保证了实时评估性能参数的准确性。 The method of evaluating operation performance of gas turbine is mainly studied when the fuel flow rate and composition information are missing or inaccurate.Firstly,the method of applying ISO2314 to analyze the performance test data of gas turbine is reviewed.Based on assessment,it is concluded that this method is strongly dependent on accurate fuel flow rate and component measurement value.However,the flow meter drifts and the accuracy of fuel flow measurement value decreases greatly during the long-term operation of the unit.To solve this problem,the data analysis method in ISO2314 is improved.The application of fuel flow measurement value is abandoned,and the change pattern of turbine flow capacity is introduced for data analysis.A method for real-time calculation of unit efficiency,inlet mass flow and equivalent inlet turbine temperature based on operating parameters and degradation pattern of turbine flow capacity is proposed.The accuracy of fuel flow using this method is higher than that measured by turbine flowmeter without timely calibration during unit operation,so the accuracy of real-time evaluation of performance parameters can be insured.
