摘要
针对核电半速汽轮机大尺寸高压缸在装配时遇到的轴向错口等问题,从汽缸结构、支撑状态、加工方式等方面进行了原因分析,从可安装性、运行经济性方面进行了影响分析。针对现有定位销孔加工精度问题、开档轴向错口及倾斜等问题提出了解决方案,同时进行了加工验证,优化了加工工艺。研究成果可为同容量核电汽轮机高压缸轴向错口共性问题的解决提供参考。
To solve the problem of axial malposition encountered in the assembly of large-size high-pressure(HP)cylinder of half-speed nuclear steam turbine,the causes are analyzed from aspects of cylinder structure,support state and processing mode,and the influence of install ability and operation economy on this issue is analyzed.Solutions are put forward for the existing problems of positioning pin hole processing accuracy,opening axial malposition and inclination,and the processing is verified and optimized.The research results can provide reference for solving the common problem of axial malposition of HP cylinder in nuclear steam turbine with the same capacity.
