摘要
简要介绍了H-25型燃气轮机辅助系统的结构,阐述了各系统调控部件的组成和基本功能。针对H-25型燃气轮机的运行需求,对燃气轮机各系统电动机类和阀门类调控部件的故障安全设计原则进行了分析,重点说明了系统故障时调控元件的动作方向和控制机理。该分析对H-25型燃气轮机电厂运行维护人员开展工作具有指导意义,同时也可为同类燃气轮机控制系统设计提供参考。
The structure of H-25 gas turbine auxiliary system is briefly presented,and the composition and basic functions of the control elements are described.According to the operation requirements of H-25 gas turbine,the fail-safe design principles of motors and valves in each system of gas turbine are analyzed,and the action direction and control mechanism of control elements in case of control system fault is emphasized.The analysis has guiding significance for the operation and maintenance personnel of H-25 gas turbine power plant,and it can also provide reference for control system design of similar gas turbines.
