在美丽乡村建设当中,法治建设举足轻重,发挥着无可代替的重要作用,不仅能给新农村建设提供充分的法律保障,促进农村经济有序发展;还能在引导农村实现健康发展的前提下,加快社会主义现代化建设进程;更能使整体社会实现协调、全面、持续性发展,最终建立起社会主义和谐社会。但一直以来农村法治建设问题的关注度并不高,研究成果也十分有限。为此,有必要加大加快研究力度,在充分掌握当前农村法治建设基本情况的前提下,探究必要的解决措施。

In the construction of beautiful countryside,the construction of legal system plays an important and irreplaceable role.It can not only provide sufficient legal guarantee for the construction of new countryside and pro⁃mote the orderly development of rural economy,and it could also accelerate the process of socialist modernization on the premise of guiding the healthy development of rural areas,realize the coordinated,comprehensive and sustainable development of the whole society,and finally establish a socialist harmonious society.However,the attention of rural legal construction has not been high,and the research results are very limited.Therefore,it is necessary to speed up the research and explore the necessary solutions on the premise of fully mastering the basic situation of the current rural legal construction.
