“县校合作”助力县域经济发展路径与高校创新型人才培养机制研究

Mechanism of“County-College Cooperation”in Helping County Economy Development and College Innovative Talents Training

针对县域经济发展不平衡、不充分,县域企业创新型人才紧缺,以及高校人才培养存在创新能力与实践能力不足等问题,在我校与红安县“县校合作”的基础上,从探索专家人才驱动策略、构建创新平台建设体系、研究专业人才培育模式三个角度,分析了通过推动企业解决核心技术痛点、转化科技创新成果、完善人才队伍建设助力县域经济发展的新路径。同时,分析了通过“全程联培”“以赛促学”“产教融合”及“红色教育”四个方面全方位构建高校大学生实践教学体系,强化实践教学效果,提升学生的实践能力、专业能力以及科研创新能力的新机制。本文为助力县域经济高质量发展,提高高校创新型人才培养质量提供了一定的参考。

Aiming at the unbalanced and insufficient development of county economy,the shortage of innovative talents in county enterprises,and weak practical ability and insufficient ability to solve practical engineering problems in college talent training,on the basis of“county college cooperation”between our college and Hong’an County,a new mode of“county college cooperation”promotes the innovative development of county enterprises from three perspectives:exploring expert talent driven strategies,building innovative platform construction system,and studying innovative talent cultivation mechanism.Furthermore,it analyzes a new methods of constructing college students’practical teaching system in an all-round way through four aspects of“whole process joint training”,“competition to promote learning”,“integration of production and education”and“red education”,strengthening the effect of practical teaching,and improving students’practical ability,professional ability and scientific research and innovation ability.This paper provides a certain reference for helping high-quality development of county economy and improving the quality of college innovative talents training.
