保障通航条件下江苏省武障河闸泄流量数值模拟分析

摘要 水网地区水闸具有防洪排涝、供水、通航等功能,其下泄流量对地区防洪排涝、供水和航运安全有一定影响,须统筹各功能需求。为合理确定江苏省沂南地区武障河闸泄流量,通过构建二维水动力模型,在确保防洪排涝安全的前提下,拟定两种工况:①水闸泄流对航道通航水流条件的影响;②水闸泄流对闸下游航道冲淤的影响。结果表明:当盐河、武障河处于最低通航水位时,武障河闸下游泄流量应分别不超过350,505 m^(3)/s;为满足冲淤保通航需求、确保武障河航道达到冲刷启动条件(纵向流速不小于1.0 m/s),冲淤期间武障河闸下游泄流量应控制不小于300-505 m^(3)/s(对应闸下游武障河水位为-0.77-1.0 m)。 Sluice gates in the water network area have the functions of flood control and drainage,water supply and navigation,and their discharge flow has certain influence on the safety of flood control and drainage,water supply and navigation in the area,so the functions must be comprehensive considered.In order to reasonably determine the flow rate of the sluice gate in the Wuzhang River in Yinan area,Jiangsu Province,a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model was constructed and two conditions are formulated to ensure the safety of flood control and drainage:①the effect of the sluice gate discharge on the navigable water flow conditions of the navigation channel;②the effect of the sluice gate discharge on the siltation of the navigation channel downstream of the sluice gate.The results showed that:when the Yanhe River and the Wuzhang River are at the lowest navigable water level,the downstream flow rate of the Wuzhang river sluice should not exceed 350 and 505 m^(3)/s respectively;in order to meet the demand for siltation and navigation,and ensure that the Wuzhang River channel reaches the scouring start condition(the longitudinal flow velocity is not less than 1.0 m/s),the downstream flow rate of the Wuzhang river sluice during the siltation period should be controlled over 300-505 m^(3)/s(corresponding to the Wuzhang River water level in downstream of the gate is-0.77-1.0 m).
