摘要 随着智慧澜沧江顶层设计的实施,传统的测绘数据已不能满足需求,为满足智慧澜沧江系统对基础地理信息数据的需求,简要介绍了智慧澜沧江的顶层设计架构,针对地理信息系统特点,提出了根据澜沧江流域不同区段地形特点采用不同形式测绘手段获取基础地理信息数据的思路,并结合多种新型测绘装备和技术的特点,实现了快速获取数字正射影像、数字高程模型、三维实景模型、激光点云等基础地理信息数据。研究成果可为其他流域智慧水利建设提供参考。 With the implementation of the top-level design of the Smart Lancang River,the traditional surveying and mapping data can t meet the demand.In order to satisfy the demand of the system for basic geographic information data,this paper briefly introduces the framework of top-level design of the Smart Lancang River.According to the characteristics of the geographic information system,it is suggested that using different surveying and mapping methods to obtain basic geographic information data in different sections of the Lancang River and realize rapid acquisition of basic geographic information data such as digital orthophoto,digital elevation model,3D real model,laser point cloud,etc.by combining the characteristics of a variety of new surveying and mapping equipment and technologies.The research results can provide reference for other smart basin construction.
