探讨中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果

Clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment on premature ovarian failure

目的探讨将中西医结合应用于卵巢早衰患者治疗中的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的80例卵巢早衰患者为研究对象,采用计算机数表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组采用芬吗通治疗,研究组在此基础上采用卵巢早衰方联合针灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状及内分泌水平。结果治疗前,两组各主要症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组各主要症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、6个月后,研究组FSH、LH水平均低于对照组,E_(2)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢早衰患者采用中西医结合治疗的效果良好,可显著改善其内分泌水平,减轻相关症状,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods 80 patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to our hospital were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and a study group by computer table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fenmoltong,and the study group was treated with premature ovarian failure formula combined with acupuncture on this basis.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms and endocrine level of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of main symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of main symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05);after 3 and 6 months of treatment,the levels of FSH and LH in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of E_(2) were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.5%,which was higher than 70.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the endocrine level and related symptoms of patients with premature ovarian failure,which is worthy of clinical application.
