宫腔镜手术患者手术室保温护理的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of thermal insulation nursing in operating room of hysteroscopy patients

目的分析手术室保温护理在宫腔镜手术中的应用价值。方法选取于本院行宫腔镜手术的患者98例为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为两组,每组49例。对照组采用常规术中护理,观察组采用手术室保温护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果两组术前及麻醉后10 min体温比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术开始后30 min及术毕体温分别为(36.53±0.57)、(36.41±0.44)℃,均明显高于对照组的(36.02±0.51)、(35.68±0.23)℃,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后心率、肾上腺素、收缩压、舒张压水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室保温护理能更好地维持宫腔镜手术患者围术期体温,减少应激反应,应用效果良好,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To analyze the application value of thermal insulation nursing in hysteroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine intraoperative nursing,while the observation group received operating room thermal insulation nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in body temperature between the two groups before and 10 min after anesthesia(P>0.05);the body temperature at 30 min after operation and the end of operation in the observation group were(36.53±0.57)and(36.41±0.44)℃,respectively,which were significantly higher than(36.02±0.51)and(35.68±0.23)℃ in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate,epinephrine,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room thermal insulation nursing can better maintain the perioperative temperature of patients underwent hysteroscopic surgery,reduce stress reaction,the application effect is good,has clinical promotion value.
