一对一全程导乐分娩护理模式对产妇的护理效果

目的探讨一对一全程导乐分娩护理模式对产妇的护理效果。方法回顾性分析于本院分娩的70例产妇的病历资料,根据不同护理方法分为常规组及全程组,每组35例。常规组采用常规分娩护理,全程组采用一对一全程导乐分娩护理。分析产妇的各项指标数据。结果全程组护理质量总分为(92.01±1.89)分,高于常规组的(86.67±2.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全程组分娩总时间为(381.31±28.61)min,短于常规组的(513.42±45.93)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,全程组SAS、SDS评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全程组不良分娩结局发生率为2.86%,低于常规组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全程组的总满意度为100%,高于常规组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一对一全程导乐分娩护理能进一步提升护理品质,产妇分娩效率更高,心理状态更好,不良分娩结局发生率更低,且对护理的满意度更高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of one-to-one whole-course doula delivery nursing mode for parturient.Methods The medical records of 70 parturients who delivered in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the routine group and the whole-course group,with 35 cases in each group.The routine group received routine delivery nursing,while the whole-course group received one-to-one whole-course doula delivery nursing.The maternal indicators data were analyzed.Results The total score of nursing quality in the whole-course group was(92.01±1.89)points,which was higher than(86.67±2.86)points in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total delivery time of the whole-course group was(381.31±28.61)min,which was shorter than(513.42±45.93)min of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the whole-course group were lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcome in the whole-course group was 2.86%,which was lower than 20.00% in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the whole-course group was 100%,which was higher than 82.86% of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion One-to-one whole-course doula delivery nursing can further improve the quality of nursing,maternal delivery efficiency is higher,psychological state is better,the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes is lower,and nursing satisfaction is higher,worthy of clinical application.
