地佐辛联合丙泊酚对无痛人工流产术患者麻醉效果、循环及呼吸指标的影响

Effects of dezocine combined with propofol on anesthetic effect,circulatory and respiratory indexes of patients undergoing painless induced abortion

目的探讨地佐辛联合丙泊酚对无痛人工流产术患者麻醉效果、循环及呼吸指标的影响。方法选择进行无痛人工流产术患者300例,按麻醉方案的不同将其分为研究组(n=145)和对照组(n=155)。研究组给予地佐辛注射液联合丙泊酚乳状注射液进行麻醉,对照组给予丙泊酚乳状注射液进行麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果、临床指标及麻醉前(T_(0))、手术开始5 min(T_(1))、术后5 min(T_(2))的血压饱和度(SpO_(2))及心率(HR)。结果研究组麻醉总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的83.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组定向力恢复时间、术后苏醒时间均短于对照组,丙泊酚用量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。To时,两组SpO_(2)、HR比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);T_(1)、T_(2)时,研究组SpO_(2)水平高于对照组,HR低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛联合丙泊酚麻醉可有效稳定无痛人工流产术患者心率及血压饱和度,并可减少丙泊酚用量,促进患者定向力恢复,加快术后苏醒,进而有助于提高麻醉效果,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine combined with propofol on anesthesia effect,circulation and respiratory indexes in patients undergoing painless induced abortion.Methods A total of 300 patients with painless induced abortion were selected and divided into study group(n=145)and control group(n=155)according to different anesthesia regimens.The study group was anesthetized with dezocine injection combined with propofol emulsion injection,while the control group was anesthetized with propofol emulsion injection.The anesthetic effect,clinical indicators,blood pressure saturation(SpO_(2))and heart rate(HR)before anesthesia(T_(0)),5 min after operation(T_(1)) and 5 min after operation(T_(2))were compared between the two groups.Results The total eflFective rate of anesthesia in the study group was 96.55%,which was higher than 83.87% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of orientation force and postoperative recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the dosage of propofol was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At To,there were no significant differences in SpO_(2) and HR between the two groups(P>0.05).At T_(1) and T_(2),the level of SpO_(2) in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and HR was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol can effectively stabilize the heart rate and blood pressure saturation of painless abortion patients,reduce the dosage of propofol,promote the recovery of patients' orientation,accelerate the recovery of postoperative anesthesia,and thus help to improve the effect of anesthesia,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
