北京市大兴区围绝经期患者症状及相关因素分析

Analysis of symptoms and related factors of perimenopausal patients in Daxing District of Beijing

目的调查北京市大兴区围绝经期患者的相关症状,并分析其影响因素。方法选择围绝经期患者293例为研究对象,采用自行设计问卷进行调查。统计各因素对围绝经期症状的影响。结果不同学历、婚姻状况、怀孕次数、分娩次数、可支配月收入、对围绝经期的了解程度、对围绝经期的了解来源方式等方面对患者进行改良kupperman评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);在职与否、绝经与否、不同睡眠情况与是否用激素治疗、不同社会支持、压力程度等方面对患者进行改良kupperman评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同满意度患者改良kupperman评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期患者症状受多种因素影响,需加强围绝经期宣教,开展多样化的科普,倡导社会及家庭给予围绝经期患者更多的关爱,提升她们的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the related symptoms of perimenopausal patients in Daxing District of Beijing and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 293 perimenopausal patients were selected and investigated by self-designed questionnaire.The influence of each factor on perimenopausal symptoms was analyzed.Results There was no significant difTerence in the modified kupperman score among patients with different educational background,marital status,number of pregnancies,number of deliveries,disposable monthly income,knowledge of perimenopausal period,and source of knowledge of perimenopausal period(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the modified kupperman score of patients with or without employment,menopause,different sleep conditions,hormone therapy or not,different social support,and degree of stress(P<0.O5).There were statistically significant differences in the modified kupperman score of patients with different satisfaction levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The symptoms of perimenopausal patients are affected by many factors.It is necessary to strengthen the education of perimenopausal patients,carry out diversified science popularization,advocate society and family to give more care to perimenopausal patients,and improve their quality of life.
