中药离子导入联合推拿治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

Clinical observation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treated by traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with massage

目的探讨中药离子导入联合推拿治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法选择慢性盆腔炎患者50例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组25例。对照组给予中药离子导入治疗,研究组给予中药离子导入联合推拿方案治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分,并检测治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组证候积分、炎症指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组少腹疼痛、腰骶胀痛、带下异常评分及CRP、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎患者给予中药离子导入联合推拿治疗可发挥出协同作用,能提高治疗效果,改善患者症状,减轻机体炎症反应,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with massage therapy on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Fifty patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis,while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with massage.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were detected before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in syndrome scores and inflammation indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,less abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,subband abnormality score,CRP and IL-6 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with massage therapy can play a synergistic role in the treatment of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can improve the treatment effect,improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the body's inflammatory response,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
