阴道镜引导下宫颈环形电切术对宫颈癌前病变患者的治疗效果

The effect of colposcope-guided loop electrosurgical excisional procedure in patients with cervical precancerous lesions

目的探讨宫颈癌前病变患者采用阴道镜引导下宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)的治疗效果。方法选择80例宫颈癌前病变患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组实施宫颈激光烧灼法治疗,研究组实施阴道镜引导下的LEEP术治疗。比较两组患者手术相关指标、治疗有效率、术后并发症发生率。结果研究组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌前病变患者进行阴道镜引导下的LEEP术治疗疗效较好,手术时间短,术中出血量较少,且术后并发症较少,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of colposcopy-guided loop electrosurgical excisional procedure(LEEP)in patients with cervical precancerous lesions.Methods Eighty patients with cervical precancerous lesions were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laser cauterization of the cervix,and the study group was treated with LEEP guided by colposcopy.The operation related indexes,treatment efficiency and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy-guided LEEP in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions has good curative effect,short operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,and fewer postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
