右美托咪定给药方式对子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术患者麻醉的影响

Effect of dexmedetomidine administration on anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for Hysteromyoma

目的探讨右美托咪定给药方式对子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术患者麻醉的影响。方法选择120例子宫肌瘤行腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组60例。研究组采用单次给药方式给予右美托咪定,对照组则持续静脉泵入右美托咪定。比较两组各时段应激状况,观察两组不良反应和术后苏醒时间。结果T_(0)时段,两组平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)、T_(4)、T_(5)时段,研究组MAP、HR均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后苏醒时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定单次给药应用于子宫肌瘤腔镜手术患者中麻醉效果较好,患者应激反应较小,不良反应较少,患者苏醒时间较短,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine administration on anesthesia in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyoma surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 60 cases in each group.The study group received a single dose of dexmedetomidine,while the control group received continuous intravenous dexmedetomidine.The stress status of the two groups at each time period was compared,and the adverse reactions and postoperative recovery time were observed.Results At T_(0),there was no significant difference in mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)between the two groups(P>0.05).At T_(1),T_(2),T_(3),T_(4) and T_(5),MAP and HR in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Single administration of dexmedetomidine in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for uterine fibroids has better anesthetic effect,less stress reaction,less adverse reactions,and shorter recovery time.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
